Product Description
This production line is mainly composed of extruders, machine heads, three-roll calendar machines, bracket tractors, and double-station fetching machines. It is mainly used for manufacturing PET, PP, and PS plastic membranes, and plus the changed molds, it can manufacture many kinds of thermoplastic sheets.
The plastic sheet production line adopts different screw designs and mechanical configurations to be suitable for manufacturing a variety of plastic sheets (eg: PVC, PP, PE, PS, PET, ABS, PMMA, etc.)

If adding a drying device, PET sheet material is also able to be processed.
The PVC crust foam board production line is independently developed by our company the characteristics of the domestic foam product industry.
It is composed of a conical twin-screw extruder, sheet dies, setting table, cooling bracket, tractor, cutting machine, manipulator, and other parts. The extruder adopts specially designed screws, and all the production lines adopt imported electrical appliances, such as Siemens motors, ABB inverters, Omron temperature controllers, and other brands, with excellent performance and long-term trouble-free operation.
Plastic pellets are fed into the barrel of the extruder and conveyed by the screw, the heaters which is outside of the barrel of the extruder as well as the friction from the rotation of the screw melt the plastic pellets into a sheet mold and then placed on a three-roll calender, the produced sheet goes through the bottom and middle roll, wrapping around back of the middle roll and then back to the top roll or other methods as shown in sheet calendar picture, these rolls are helpful to take the heat out of the sheet, after the sheet comes off the roll, it moves down the conveyor to the end of sheet line where the edge trimmer cuts the sheet to width as well as a sheet shear cutter to length.

We know the quality is the life of our company. Our company insists to manufacture all machine units by ourselves in order to control the quality strictly by our quality inspectors. To implement this concept, we have built our own tooling and CNC workshop. Even if some parts are from our certified supplier, our quality inspector will check these parts before entering our warehouse.

A. It will be 12 months since the acceptance of the machines or 15 months since delivery to the loading port.

A. Engineers available to make installation, commissioning, training, and providing after-sales service overseas.
Q.How many electric, water, air need for the machines?
A.technical department supply the whole layout for workshop details.
Q. Can I operate machine if don't have experienced engineers?
A. (1) short-time engineers to customer company (5-15days)

Q. Any quality checking before shipment?
A. 100% confirm, run and test machines before shipment with quality certificate
Q. How can u help us when face some technical problem?
A. 24 hours by e-mail, message, calling. If problems happens need engineer we will arrange the closest or agent in local country, or send Chinese Engineers to solve in 2 weeks.
Q. Where can we get spare part?
A. we choose International Brand that customer can find it in everywhere, such as Siemens, Omron, Delixi etc, or send parts by DHL, Fedex, TNT and other express.
